The Robyn's Nest: Travel!

Billy and I absolutely love traveling! We have both been to our share of foreign countries and love new adventures! Here are some that we have taken together that are closest to my heart.

In 2006-2007 Billy was deployed overseas. He flew me to Germany for his two week R & R. As a newly married couple, we had only 10 days together before a long separation would ensue. This was the first time I had seen him in ten months. This trip was the best of my life and much needed. He met me in Munich and we started our German adventure together. We, of course, had to stop here.

We started out in Munich then traveled to Bonn & Cochem (near Cologne) to meet one of my dearest friends and spend some time with her.

My sweet friend also took us to see the magnificent Cologne Cathedral (also mentioned here)

After traveling around we made our way back down south to the gorgeous town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Here we spent our one year anniversary at the foot of the alps!

Another love that we share is music! A few summers ago we traveled to Philidelphia for a Denali reunion show. Any Denali fans out there? We love them! While there, we visited The Franklin Institute.
